Jennifer Stevens & Deborah Curtis form the core of the Field Theatre Group.
Under the joint leadership of Jennifer and Deborah The Field has received grant funding from many different agencies, including:

Jennifer Stevens:
Producer and Chair of the Field Theatre Group
A graduate in fine art, Jennifer Stevens is a highly experienced community arts practitioner, with more than a decade’s history of successful delivery to her credit. She is also an accomplished theatre producer and designer. She has worked on a wide range of stage, film and exhibition projects and productions. She has created sets, props and costumes for numerous live and film productions, during her tenure at The Field. Jennifer is also a renowned stills photographer and artist in her own right.
Deborah Curtis:
Artistic Director of the Field Theatre Group
A drama professional, with over 30-years’ experience in professional theatre and TV, Deborah Curtis is also an award-winning published writer. She is an experienced community arts practitioner and theatre director. She has scripted and adapted numerous live theatre productions. She has scripted and directed three acclaimed community films: Common Ground (2010), The Horseman’s Word (2015) Riot in the Blood (2016).
She is also an award-winning poet.

Thomas Marty. Director, Holding Hands. 2018.
An actor, author, musician, drama coach and long term collaborator with The Field Theatre Group.
Thomas has brought his own brand of theatre-magic to many of our productions. He has also led drama workshops for Field Participants.

Fiona Lidgey-Robinson. Textile artist
Fiona is a textile artist and crafting tutor with many years' experience.
She was our lead artist in the creation of the Button Tree.
Susan Meldon. Artist & photographer.
Sukie joined our artist team to assist participants in creating fabric images from photograph ans text, which were incorporated into the Button Tree.
Sukie is based in Littleport where she has her studio.
Sukie creates pottery and beautiful objects and jewellery from fused glass.
